What You Will Do In This Role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

  • Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
  • Manage multichannel interactions (email – 90%, voice – 10%) to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
  • Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients
