Job description

Position title: International Account Manager EMEA - Contigo

Location: Poznań / Remote

Reports to: Commercial Director

Contract type: Permanent, full-time

About The Role

Join our dynamic team as an International Account Manager for Contigo, where you’ll drive sales and profitability across the EMEA region. You'll manage key customer relationships, ensuring our innovative products reach the right channels while fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration that aligns with Newell Brands' values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by executing the annual operating plan.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and business drivers.
  • Communicate effectively on new products, pricing, and promotions, while flawlessly executing sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Address customer needs and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Monitor sales performance and enhance forecast accuracy through diligent demand planning.
  • Utilize market insights and customer data to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
  • Represent Contigo at trade events, showcasing our products and supporting distributors in growing sales.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales experience with wholesalers and distributors in an international setting.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong negotiation skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver’s license.
