Position: FX Sales Retention Agent Dutch Speaker

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + commission

Duties And Responsibilities

Promote the company's products and services
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
Increase chances of future sales
Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
Keep up to date with the financial markets

Requirements

Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Previous experience in same / similar role in Forex & CFD Industry is higly desirable
No previous Forex experience required
Computer savviness
Ability to work with deadlines & targets
Management and mathematics skills
Great objection-handling skills
Availability to start/join with the short notice
