We are looking for a Go-Live Project Manager who has experience in leading Epic Go-Lives who can work alongside our team to support client Go-Lives. Will assist in reviewing and documenting our process, while support sales with pre-sale calls and scoping. Seeking a dynamic leader who can bring a new perspective and provide new ideas to the team!

  • Past experience as a Project Manager over large Epic go lives
  • Experience support in a pre-sales/ discovery capacity
  • Past experience expanding or building go live services and processes
  • Detail oriented and experience with documenting process

People Management

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Budget Management

  • Proven experience in managing project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve project goals within financial constraints.

Client-Facing Meetings With C-Suite

  • Prior experience and confidence in leading client-facing meetings with C-Suite executives, showcasing the ability to communicate complex project details in a clear and concise manner.

Professionalism In Adverse Situations

  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and make informed decisions in challenging or adverse situations, ensuring project success despite potential obstacles.

Effective Communication

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and transparent communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.

Competency In MS Suites

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, for effective documentation, reporting, and project planning.

Extreme Attention To Detail

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in project planning, execution, and documentation.

Resource Allocation:

  • Skillful allocation of resources, optimizing team capabilities, and ensuring efficient use of time and resources throughout the project lifecycle.

Payroll Management

  • Prior experience in payroll management, understanding the financial aspect of project operations and ensuring timely and accurate payment to team members.

Prior Implementation Experience

  • Two years of prior experience successfully leading project implementations, demonstrating a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Experience

  • Two+ years of previous ATE Project Management experience supporting one of the main EMRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts)
  • People Management
  • Prior Project Management experience in the Go-Live space
  • Prior clinical experience is a plus
  • PMP is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must demonstrate effective team-building skills needed to effectively lead multi-disciplinary teams and facilitate consensus within client organizations
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Proven interviewing and hiring skills; knowledge of all applicable laws
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent use of MSOffice tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Vizio preferred
  • Strong administrative skills required to oversee, manage, organize, and direct projects and teams
  • Proven ability to identify the need for change, anticipating, recognizing, and creatively resolving resistance to change.
