The Solution Architect is responsible for the design and delivery of Oracle ERP and cloud solutions, supporting both sales and project delivery teams. This client billable position is hands-on, requiring a deep understanding of Oracle technologies, client engagement, and solution architecture
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP and cloud solutions.
- 10+ year of JD Edwards solutioning experience
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
- Deep expertise in Oracle ERP systems, cloud infrastructure, and integration methodologies. Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams.
- Decision Making - Advanced ability to make recommendations using a fact and principle-based approach that prioritizes client needs, company needs, employee needs and any legal or compliance requirements
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of mental focus and acuity.
- Capable of quickly transitioning between tasks and prioritizing effectively.
What You'll Do
- Discovery and Analysis:
- Conduct assessments of client requirements, business processes, and technical environments to identify opportunities for JD Edwards/Oracle ERP and cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop tailored solutions.
- Solution Architecture:
- Design end-to-end solutions that integrate Oracle technologies with client business objectives, aligning with industry best practices and technological advancements.
- Develop solution architecture blueprints, integration strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Scoping and Estimation:
- Work with project managers and sales teams to define project scopes, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Provide accurate estimations of project timelines, costs, and resource allocations.
- Demos and Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Oracle ERP, cloud solutions and KS2 IP.
- Communicate technical concepts and business benefits effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Education
A four-year college degree or 10+ years of direct experience and certifications.

As a W-2 employee, this position provides a competitive base salary with attractive employee benefits, including participation in our bonus plan. We provide multiple healthcare, dental, and vision benefits and KS2 pays 75% of employee and family coverage.
