Currently, we are looking for a NetSuite Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a sales professional who will assist with business development initiatives, targeting new customers and building relationships with key decision makers in Enterprise level companies. The role includes prospect engagement, analyzing prospect needs, recognizing opportunities, and presenting AST’s Oracle NetSuite solutions and services, all with the primary goal of keeping our sales pipeline filled to capacity. AST is proud to be a NetSuite partner, offering NetSuite Cloud ERP implementation services.


Preference for home locations include Austin, Burlington (MA), Nashville and Denver, with the ability to travel, work from home, and visit the local Oracle offices as needed.



What You'll Do:


  • The ideal candidate is an energetic salesperson who targets new customers and develops relationships with key decision makers in Enterprise level companies. The role includes prospect engagement, analyzing prospect needs, recognizing opportunities, and presenting AST’s Oracle NetSuite solutions and services, all with the primary goal to continuously build a viable pipeline.
  • Strong hunter with the ability to uncover net new clients and new sales opportunities. Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications.
  • Participate in the creation, presentation, and sale of a complete value proposition via presentations over the phone, webinar, and customer meetings.
  • Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing sales.


What You Bring:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling within the NetSuite ecosystem achieving the Mid-Market account level.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, including any of the following: Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Performance Management, Customer Relationship Management or Business Intelligence.
  • Proven experience finding accounts and growing current accounts.
  • Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision, yet participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed.
  • Dynamic communicator, with excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Hands-on experience creating and presenting engaging customer presentations to all levels of leadership, including C-level, organized, entrepreneurial, self-starter with applications sales experience, with focus on building relationships, executing vision, and achieving quota.
  • Highly developed selling and customer relations with negotiation skills being desired.
  • Successful sales track record.
  • Team player who thrives in fast-paced environment.
  • ERP knowledge is a big plus.
