Smatched is a fast-growing startup that revolutionizes the way non-profits secure donations.

Users donate through microtransactions by participating in quick surveys. Smatched started in 2021 with its own App and has now expanded to serve non-profits

Tasks

As a CRM & BDR intern, you will be responsible for overseeing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Apollo and Close, to ensure optimal performance, data integrity and lead generation at scale. You will play a critical role in managing the CRM infrastructure, supporting sales and marketing strategies, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Create automations that drive lead generation at scale
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to support sales and marketing objectives, focusing on maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the CRM systems (Apollo and Close).
  • Ensure CRM database integrity by monitoring data quality, implementing best practices for data management, and conducting regular audits.
  • Train and support team members on the effective use of Apollo and Close, including customizing dashboards, reports, and workflows to meet departmental needs.
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data analysis.
  • Manage CRM integrations with other business tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and maintaining system compatibility.
  • Serve as the primary contact for CRM vendors, handling all negotiations, troubleshooting, and system updates.
  • Monitor and report on CRM metrics, providing insights into sales performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve our CRM ecosystem and drive innovation.
