As (Senior) Manager Strategy within the CEO Office at BestSecret you will drive overarching strategic initiatives, supporting the Chief of Staff & CEO to build and maintain an effective ecosystem for leading the company. Your focus will lie on executing strategic projects while working in close tandem with diverse stakeholders ranging from the senior leadership team to operational units.

Location: Munich, Germany;

Your responsibilities

• Project management: Manage and implement overarching strategic initiatives (e.g., lead one of our company priorities) and support Business Unit initiatives
• Stakeholder management: Lead heterogeneous teams and ensure appropriate communication across a variety of (senior) stakeholders to ensure alignment and truly implement strategic initia-tives
• Strategy development: Support the senior leadership team to set and detail the direction of our company by translating data into strategic insights, preparing sound proposals for specific chal-lenges and facilitating/moderating strategic discussions
• Assistance in a wide variety of tasks: Follow up and take over tasks required to run the company effectively - as direct support for the Chief of Staff or CEO
  
  
  

Your Qualifications

• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in relevant positions, ideally in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development / within a CEO office, or a fast-growing start-up/scale-up
• You have a proven track-record in managing complex strategic projects and are eager to work in leading positions within a project
• Experience in sell- or buy-side M&A is an advantage
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage complex stakeholder groups across all levels, including senior management
• You display exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities combined with structured problem-solving skills
• You communicate complex topics effectively in English (German is an advantage)
• Familiarity with fashion and / or e-commerce would be an advantage
