Job description

Our client is renowned for its innovative Lasers within the Aesthetics, Dental and Gynaecology markets. Founded just a few years after the first laser was invented, they have extensive experience in developing high-technology laser systems, which has established them as a global leader. Due to expansion in the UK, they are now looking for a passionate National Business Development Manager to join their team.

They are looking for a high-energy and self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in the fast-paced aesthetic market and are looking for the autonomy of working in a boutique business.

As an ambassador for the company, you will lead sales initiatives nationwide and oversee the successful launch and implementation of the product line. Your role will involve developing new business across the UK, nurturing ongoing relationships and playing a key part in training and events. You will also contribute to strategic planning and be an expert in the field and a reliable point of contact for customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact the development, growth, and success of the company while driving brand awareness across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume full accountability for maximising sales of both systems and handpieces, consistently achieving or surpassing the annual and quarterly targets set by the leadership team.
  • Execute effective and consistent sales strategies, upholding the company's values and vision in all interactions.
  • Promptly follow up on leads provided by leadership while generating new leads through networking and sales strategies.
  • Perform necessary due diligence on all potential clients, ensuring their understanding of educational requirements, laser safety, and the suitability of their premises for laser use.
  • Foster and sustain professional relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers within the Medical Aesthetics and Dental sectors.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:

  • Ability to manage their schedule and plan accordingly.
  • Significant experience in sales within the Medical Device, Dental or Medical Aesthetics industry. Medical Aesthetics experience is preferred.
  • Exhibit a deep entrepreneurial spirit with unique relationship and communication skills.
