About Us

We are an international, Polish-American company called 300Brains, operating in the area of Information Technology with the aim of supporting international companies, primarily startups, in the implementation of their brilliant ideas.

For our client, we are seeking an experienced Database Specialist to manage and optimize our database systems within our data centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL Server and other database platforms, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our database infrastructure.

What We Expect From You

  • At least 4 years of experience as Database Specialist
  • Valid MCSA SQL Server certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience with MCSA Data Platform or similar qualifications
  • Proven experience in database management and operations
  • Hunger for work and knowledge sharing
  • Ease of communication and sense of humor
  • Experience working in small companies with a strong understanding of business requirements of the product, strong communication skills
  • Great communications skills, with excellent written and spoken English
