Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, 2+ years of related 401(k) sales or sales support experience, Knowledge of qualified retirement plan and group benefit insurance products, Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Excel, Industry coursework such as CPFA, QPFC, QKA, ARPC, AIF, AIFA, CIMA or CFP beneficial.
Key responsabilities:
- Assist sales producers with selling and training on 401(k) products
- Provide technical knowledge and support during sales to achieve growth and profitability
- Act as primary contact for the sales team and management for product-related inquiries
- Create and analyze reports to enhance future sales initiatives and customer experience
- Provide resource information and assistance on investment options and plan design for new 401(k) sales
