Excellent Excel skills: VLOOKUP's, pivot-tables, macros etc., Experience with Microsoft/Google Suites, Intermediate to advanced accounting or bookkeeping experience and knowledge.
Key responsabilities:
- Drive migration process and configure practice products
- Be point of contact for clients/partners and manage technical queries
- Engage in regular meetings with internal Xero staff
- Update CRM system, respond to work requests and inquiries promptly
- Manage inbound work requests from internal and external customers
