Recruitment and Administrative Manager

LinkedClient is a European AI startup founded in 2020, developing an AI Assistant for B2B sales.

At LinkedClinet we leverage advanced AI and ML technology, automating not just the acquisition of new clients but the entire ecosystem surrounding it. From conducting thorough product research, prospecting potential leads, nurturing relationship building, delivering engaging sales demos, ensuring timely follow-up, navigating the intricacies of haggling, to finalizing contracts, signage, and strategising upsell opportunities—all executed with seamless precision by Elsie our AI

We're seeking a driven and structured Administrative Manager to start up and run our recruitment and staffing business based in the Riga area, Latvia.

The recruitment and staffing will be runned as a separate business entity but you will work closely to the whole LinkedClient team. From the beginning LinkedClient will be the only customer but the goal is to increase the customer base. You will be working with recruitment all over Europe. Included in the role are administrative and finance tasks for both the recruitment company but also for LinkedClient.

You likely possess a relevant degree, for example in Business Administration, fiance, economy and have some experience from recruitment. You are highly communicative and like to work with people, both consultants and customers.

You are a self driven and highly motivated person and we believe you are structured and effective, yet simultaneously creative and open to new problem-solving methods.

The company is scaling rapidly, and for the right person, there will be significant opportunities for growth within the company. We operate fully remotely with employees spread across Europe, meaning you can work remotely but will also travel to meet different parts of the team and clients, which is a regular part of your role. We are establishing a business center Latvia so you need to be permanently living in this area.
