Job Description

The Integration Lead will be responsible for managing the integration process for newly acquired companies, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with the acquiring organization’s strategies, culture, and operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Planning and Execution
    • Develop comprehensive integration plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate and manage cross-functional integration teams, ensuring alignment with overall integration objectives
    • Oversee the execution of integration activities, addressing issues and risks promptly
  • Project Management
    • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely completion of integration tasks
  • Communication
    • Facilitate regular integration meetings and provide updates to senior leadership
    • Develop and implement communication plans to engage and inform employees throughout the integration process
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Establish integration success metrics and KPIs
    • Conduct regular reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement

Primary Workstreams:

  • Operations and Processes:
    • Standardize processes and operations across the merged entity
    • Ensure smooth integration of supply chain and logistics
  • Organizational Alignment:
    • Work with HR and leadership teams to align company cultures and manage change effectively
  • Commercial Integration:
    • Work with business leads to ensure successful integration of Buildings and Components systems and processes
    • Ensure smooth integration of product/service offerings
  • Systems and Technology Integration:
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful integration of systems and technologies
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment:
    • Integrate sales teams, align sales strategies, and ensure brand consistency
    • Coordinate marketing efforts to support the integrated entity

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing complex integration projects, preferably in M&A environments
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with change management and cultural integration
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software

The US base salary for this full-time position is $110,000 - $160,000 + STIP + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
