Education/Experience Required

We encourage you to apply if you:

  • Have graduated from an accredited BSN program.
  • Possess RN licensure in the state of Michigan.
  • Possess a minimum of three (3) years of acute care/inpatient nursing experience.
  • Inpatient Case Management and/or discharge planning and care coordination experience strongly preferred.
  • Can communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel, have strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills and excel at planning.
  • Are self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
