For the introduction of Engineering Plastics products in the D-A-CH market we are looking for a

Senior Sales Representative (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management:
    • Support all direct and project sales activities within the assigned territory.
    • Improve market presence for engineering plastics.
  • Client Development:
    • Focus on growing and nurturing existing clients.
    • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Regularly visit customers, conduct demonstrations, and negotiate deals.
    • Understand customer needs and align them with our product solutions.
  • Process Familiarity:
    • Be well-versed in customers’ purchasing processes, engineering methods, and quality system requirements
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master’s preferred but not required).
  • Based in the DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • 7+ years of sales/project management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Proficiency in applying engineering and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • No travel restrictions.
