Master Resilience Training-Training Center Support, Knowledge Manager (DPRR HQ or Telework)

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001:2015 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 36 years’ experience in the Federal, Military, and Commercial Marketplaces. SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical Program Management services to the Army’s Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR) in Arlington, VA, overseeing the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement training to military service members, DA Civilians and their Families. 

Overview: Ready and Resilient Performance Centers provide instruction in the areas of resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, their families and Department of the Army (DA) civilians at 35 installations within the United States and Overseas. The Knowledge Manager at DPRR HQ develops, supports, and facilitates knowledge and information management products related to the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR) operations, curriculum development, and R2PC operations.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, support, and facilitate knowledge and information management products related to DPRR operations, curriculum development, and R2PC operations.
  • Documents key activities or learning points, producing knowledge products accordingly to facilitate replication of good practices and learning.
  • Implement and administer a document management system (using the government system) and related procedures that allow the organization to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents.
  • Ensures that knowledge products meet DPRR branding standards.
  • Performs other responsibilities as required and supports contract work performance requirements.

Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business or social science, or a related field.
  • At least five years’ experience working with the military as a military member, civilian, or contractor. 
  • Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation.
  • Good command of the English language which includes the ability to read, write, understand, and effectively communicate.
  • Organized and experienced multi-tasker.
  • Military Veterans and Spouses encouraged.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
