SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical Program Management services to the Army’s Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR) in Arlington, VA, overseeing the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement training to military service members, DA Civilians and their Families.
Overview: Army Ready and Resilient Performance Centers provide instruction in the areas of resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, their families, and Department of the Army (DA) civilians at 35 Army installations within the United States and Overseas. The Curriculum Developer lays the framework for the curriculum to be executed regularly at unit-based Training Centers, Warrior Transition Units (WTUs), Mobile Training Teams and other unit locations. The Curriculum Developer designs, develops, implements, and evaluates enterprise-wide learning solutions in support of the Army’s Master Resilience Training Program. They partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to develop learning paths and curriculum content that reflects sound instructional design based on adult learning principles and best practices. They display demonstrated expertise in instructional design systems, learning technologies and adult learning best practices. The Curriculum Developer acts as technical expert and liaison with the client and other Government or organizational SMEs.
