With a focus on solar energy solutions, they have cultivated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing complex large-scale solar projects for over a decade. As they continue to expand their operations in Benelux, Germany and Scandinavia, they are in search of a skilled Tender Manager to take the lead on the tender processes in securing large-scale tenders for the acquisition of new zone parks.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

Developing and overseeing the calculation process.
Coordinating the procurement activities for calculations in collaboration with the Purchasing department.
Establishing and managing the planning, quality, and commercial terms.
Lead the tender process from initial review to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and develop competitive proposals.
Conduct market research to identify tender opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of tender activities to identify areas for improvement.

About You:

3+ years of experience in tender management of complex technical projects.
Strong understanding of tender processes and regulations.
Exceptional analytical skills to assess tender requirements and develop competitive proposals.
