How you will contribute to our mission

• Oversee, engage, and expand the Vietnamese community across diverse platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.
• Provide assistance by addressing community inquiries.
• Develop and implement advanced strategies for community growth and engagement, with ongoing evaluation and refinement.
• Adapt marketing and brand strategies to resonate with the Vietnamese audience and culture.
• Stay abreast of local trends, industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitors to drive community expansion and engagement.
• Monitor, analyze, and offer continuous feedback on community performance, advocating for regular optimizations.
• Launch innovative community initiatives and activation events.
• Aid in client conversion, retention efforts, and rewards distribution.
• Uphold community guidelines to cultivate an inclusive environment in alignment with the company's mission.
• Facilitate translation between Vietnamese and English languages.
• Participate in local online and offline events, including Ask Me Anything sessions.

• Demonstrated track record of at least 2 years in effectively managing, nurturing, and fostering Crypto or trading communities.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and excellent English communication skills.
• Familiarity with trading and the blockchain industry.
• Profound understanding of community platforms, engagement strategies, and analytics.
• Innovative and imaginative approach to community growth initiatives.
• Ability to manage time effectively and provide transparent work progress and status reports.
• Available to work remotely.
