We're looking for a talented Operations Assistant to support our Head of Operations and team on organizational and administrative topics. In this role, you'll leverage your inquisitive mind, structured way of working, and strong interpersonal skills to own daily office management, and administrative topics, and support finance, legal and human resources.

About the Role
  • General office management, including overseeing vendor relations, office and IT equipment, team questions, and guest experience;

  • Support our Head of Operations on : 

    • Finance - including bookings, invoices, filing, supporting on payroll-administration, mobility, expenses and refunds, reporting budgets and draft invoices;

    • Legal - drafts of legal documents, updating policies, and research;

    • Human Resources Management - setting up files and collecting documents, supporting onboarding, updating policies;

    • Recruiting - supporting talent acquisition events and employer branding activities.


Key Responsibilities
Play a key role in all daily operations tasks, including organizing and filing information, updating paperwork and files, supporting training and information sessions, ​and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Head of operations.
Your Qualifications
  • Hold a professional degree in a related field (preferably in finance, HR, or legal);

  • Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years, assisting a head of department, office management, or a related role (knock-out criterium);

  • Have stellar organizational and multitasking skills: you can handle several projects on several topics simultaneously;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English (knock-out criterium);

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills as you will be a key contact in the organization.
