Job description

Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead System Architect for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

This position empowers the stakeholders and Line of Business (LOB) on their digital and automation journey, from envisioning new possibilities to delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and improved customer experience. The role will be responsible for delivering architectural solutions and business outcomes based on the Microsoft Business Applications platforms across the MS Lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Architecture Strategy and Guidelines: Designs high-level structures for business solutions. Ensures alignment with strategies, standards, and security practices.
  • Emerging Technologies: Identifies and assesses new technologies for impact on business. Communicates recommendations to business partners.
  • Systems Architecture: Designs and improves IT structures to support business operations and customer experience. Consults with developers and business partners on architecture and integration needs.
  • Systems Integration: Plans and implements integration of new or updated components and interfaces. Enhances the organization's integration and automation capabilities.
  • UX/UI Design: Creates user experiences and interfaces that ensure positive end-user satisfaction by incorporating their perspective in website, program, and digital application design.

English Proficiency:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Technical Skills:

  • Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, Power Pages, Canvas Apps: Advanced
  • Azure, SharePoint/OneDrive and related technologies experiences: Advanced
  • AI and Cloud Technologies: Advanced
