Job description

Our client, a leading player in the iGaming sector, which operates a CPA affiliate network, is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a remote role with a focus on driving growth and establishing key partnerships within


Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in English (B2 and higher), Ua/Ru - native/fluent level;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the iGaming vertical (publisher or advertiser side);
  • Established network of contacts with direct advertisers and brands;
  • Proficiency with tracking platforms such as Affise, Tune, or in-house systems;
  • Basic understanding of casino unit economics and funnel metrics;
  • Excellent self-presentation and communication skills;
  • Practical experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, HTML coders, analysts, etc.);
  • Strong persuasive skills and the ability to test and validate different hypotheses;
  • Experience participating in iGaming industry conferences and events.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target potential partners among leading or emerging casino operators and direct advertisers with affiliate programs;
  • Develop customized sales pitches that align with the company's unique selling propositions (USPs) and the partner's needs;
  • Maintain and nurture a pipeline of existing partners, ensuring they meet their LTV/ROI goals;
  • Regularly track and analyze performance in collaboration with partners, focusing on traffic quality control, cap management, and source/sub-ID breakdowns;
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms;
  • Prospect new partners at conferences and local meetups, acting as a brand ambassador;
  • Set up and manage current partners in the technical system, addressing tracking issues and discrepancies in statistics;
  • Expand the overall number of partners, offers, and available geographies to maximize average profit per partner and cumulative profit;
  • Evaluate custom and unique deals involving hybrid models and exclusive terms;
  • Conduct research on competitors and market trends.
