Requirements:

 

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Recruitment Researcher/ Sourcer position.
  • Desire to develop and grow in the recruitment sphere.
  • Result-oriented, strong work ethic.
  • Excellent data processing and strong attention to details.
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.

 

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of the iGaming industry.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, and social networks (using Xray, boolean search).
  • Screen and select resumes.
  • Cooperate with Recruiters to understand talent needs and create an effective search strategy to recruit candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and phone screens.
  • Maintain internal databases and related reports.
