Location:  Remote

The Role

HOKA is looking for a connector of people and information with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The Brand Planning & Strategy Manager will guide, develop, and align cross-functional teams around strategic, financial, and HOKA brand targets. This individual has a proven track record of building category plans from the style-color level up to global financial targets. This individual is curious about global consumer and economic trends and how they influence strategy.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

1. Create seasonal merchandise financial plans (MFP) at the style-color level that connect to top-down guidance and brand strategies

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Line Managers, Merchandisers, and Finance Planners to develop seasonal product targets and metrics

3. Provide data-informed analysis and recommendations to support decision making and iteration of business plans

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 5-8 years of experience with experience in strategic planning, merchandise financial planning, category management, or related fields.
  • Experience with relevant consumer products or services, such as footwear, apparel, sporting goods, athletic, fashion, and lifestyle categories.
  • Comfort with ambiguity; can decide and act without having the total picture.
  • A proven track record in partnering with business leaders and all levels of management.

$120,000 - $135,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
