1 in 10 Americans bet on sports weekly, and 9 in 10 of those people lose money over time. However, premium sports content creators (aka “cappers”) use DubClub to provide invaluable data inputs to inform the decisions made by the 40+ million Americans who bet on sports every week.
For cappers: DubClub provides a member buyer network along with a suite of tools, which cappers collectively use to grow their business and reliably deliver their content to their DubClub subscribers.
For subscribers: DubClub offers the fastest content delivery (via push, Telegram, email, Discord) along with communities integrations and “capper discovery” to power a great user experience.

DubClub was founded by a team of Stanford football and baseball alumni, launched its first product in October 2021 and has scaled rapidly to hundreds of thousands of users (DubClub "members"), with tens of millions in revenue generated by cappers through the platform. We are backed with unannounced Series A funding from a leading Silicon Valley tech VC firm and a number of other impressive investors.
The DubClub product empowers cappers (whom we call our “partners”) to make more money with DubClub than anywhere else, while equipping our partners to help millions of people make better decisions. DubClub collects a fee from each transaction processed through the product.

As the inaugural Head of Sales at DubClub, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring top-tier sports betting content creators to use the DubClub product. You will also be responsible for building and leading an elite team of Account Executives to support this mission. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with DubClub’s Founders and COO to gain deep expertise in our industry and market dynamics.
Exceed Sales Metrics: This is a "player-coach" role. You will personally carry a sales quota and lead by example, demonstrating exceptional value selling and closing abilities.
Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed individual performance targets.
Strategic Planning and Scaling: Develop and articulate a clear strategy for scaling the sales team in alignment with the company's financial goals. Communicate cross-departmental needs to support this growth.
Highly Organized and Articulate: Maintains excellent organizational skills and clear, effective communication. You are system-minded and constantly thinking about how to scale and improve the operations of your day.
Relentless Problem Solver: Demonstrates a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and achieving goals. Loves autonomy and comfortable with ambiguity.

Total compensation of $250K - $300K (based on experience), excluding early stage stock options. Compensation structure is 50% base salary and 50% variable.
