Job description

Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Start Date: 1 October 2024

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our AI-driven supplier discovery and management platform.
  • Develop new features.
  • Coordinate and take over source codes from previous hire (limited time)
  • Maintenance and bug fixes on our web application
  • Improve overall security of our web application
  • Mentor and guide a small team of junior engineers, (1-2) fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure the quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies such as AI LLM/LAM to coordinate with our LAM engineer on making the feature live on our platform.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. (Our techstack is MERN, backend node.js , front end react js)
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.(Good to have)
  • Familiarity with B2B platforms and procurement processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
