Challenges You Will Solve

As a Product Marketing Manager at Red Canary, you will own many of the core initiatives that drive awareness and adoption of Red Canary’s intelligence-led Security Operations platform. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this highly strategic role will lead cross-functional initiatives across our sales, marketing, customer success, partner, community, and product management teams to help develop, execute, and refine our GTM strategy. This will include messaging and positioning, content development, sales enablement, product launches, campaigns and other critical GTM initiatives.  

What You'll Do
  • Contribute every day to an organization with an incredible culture, market-leading technology, and a relentless focus on doing what is right for our customers. 
  • Create compelling messaging and positioning that will help Red Canary stand out in a crowded marketplace.
  • Partner with field leadership to understand and optimize the customer journey by ensuring the right message gets to the right person at the right time.
  • Work with strategic external technology partners and  to identify and scale joint go-to-market products, solutions and programs 
  • Serve as a voice of the customer internally to inform go-to-market and product investments.
  • Develop content for customer-facing teams to enable marketing programs such as datasheets, customer presentations, videos, webinars, blog posts, and case studies.
  • Partner with sales enablement and field marketing to develop the sales tools, playbooks and competitive analysis that turn demand into opportunities and revenue
  • Support product launches including developing launch briefs and messaging, coordinating internal sales and partner training and education, briefing analysts and journalists, and supporting corporate and field marketing in the development of marketing programs that drive demand.
  • Keep the pulse of industry trends, analyst insights, and the latest marketplace news. Leverage these to educate key constituents throughout the organization.

  • Compensation: $110,760 - $128,000 + bonus and equity
