Associate Attorney - Remote

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join their team. This role is mainly remote, with very occasional office visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Assist in trial preparation
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop case strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience as an attorney is preferred.
• Experience in construction defect or insurance defense
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
