<title>About the role</title>

The Senior Program Manager - Fleet Financing will play a pivotal role in leading, driving and deploying fleet financing programs at Bolt. They leverage their deep program area expertise, strategic thinking and leadership skills to ensure alignment with organisational goals, efficient resource allocation and the achievement of measurable results. They build strong relationships with stakeholders, foster collaboration across teams and provide mentorship to program managers, ensuring smooth program execution and exceeding expectations.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Driving fleet partner operational due diligence at the time of partner selection with Corporate Development and country teams</point>
- <point>Leading the mapping and structuring of operational processes (with fleet partner) to deploy and activate financed vehicles including lead generation, driver onboarding and performance management of vehicles</point>
- <point>Training new partners to effectively do end to end fleet management (with local teams)</point>
- <point>Collaborating with central and local teams to ensure the smooth activation of financed vehicles to meet project goals</point>
- <point>Collaborating with Corporate development on innovative structures to help drive engagements in different markets</point>
- <point>Identifying and communicating scalable growth opportunities (for effectively supporting fleet partners) to Product Management team</point>
