Job description

Job Overview & Responsibilities:

The Software as a Service (SaaS) Renewal Sales Representative will be responsible for quoting, processing and managing the sales cycle for SaaS Cloud Renewals in your defined territory.  This position will build actionable quotes for customers in advance of their renewal dates, ensuring that internal reporting and CRM systems are up to date, maintain an accurate forecast to management by understanding a customer procurement process and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.  The SaaS Renewal Sales Representative will contribute to the company’s sales goals by following the processes and procedures necessary to support a transaction in a timely and effective manner, leveraging the internal sales tools and engaging with internal resources as needed. Utilizing internal and external resources to learn about Oracle products, product updates, service offerings and new technologies are important foundations of this role.  This position will be operating out of Virginia Beach, Virginia. 


Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Manage Cloud Renewals in territory including but not limited to; engaging with Oracle sales teams, creating approval documentation and written justifications, quote and proposal development, creating, managing, and updating Mythics CRM system and deal/opportunity processing.
  • Engage with customer in advance of their cloud renewal date to understand current deployment, future growth opportunities and procurement process to renew.
  • Engage with internal resources as needed to engage and assist customers with ensuring cloud adoption and success.
  • Enter, update and maintain accurate and current data in Mythics CRM System with regards to opportunities, products, forecast percentage and other important information.
  • Process cloud renewal related orders within Mythics CRM system in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain updated, organized files on all accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Create and link future new and existing Cloud renewals in Mythics CRM System once the current cloud related opportunity is processed.
  • Generate reports as requested out of Mythics Sales Portal and/or CRM system.
  • Complete assigned training in territory and leverage training to fulfill assigned duties in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); some college desired. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0-2 Years experience providing administrative support in sales environment or previous customer services experience.
  • Experience working with MS Office Applications, including Word & Excel
