ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Ideal Candidate

You are a highly-organized and detail-oriented professional who excels in project delivery. As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely on all aspects of production– but your superpower is making sure everything runs smoothly on any project you touch. You’ll set up and manage timelines, interpret and relay direction from clients, respond and adjust to moving targets, and make sure everyone is working on the right thing and delivering on time. Doing your job well means everyone else does theirs better.

Expected Work Hours and Timezone

This is an output-based role with a semi-flexible work schedule. You can work anytime but require partial overlaps between the team and the Chief Executive Officer’s schedule and be available for client meetings. You are also expected to work on occasional weekends when the business requires it.

As a Project Manager, you will provide excellence by:

Report to and work with the CEO on day-to-day operations
Setting up project plans for video production
Manage and oversee video pre-production planning and production activities for clients
Work closely with producers to deliver high-quality video production service and creative
Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from clients
Ensure all projects are on schedule
Oversee video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained

Requirements

Do you have what it takes to be our Project Manager?

Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
Excellent communication
Ability in understanding the expectations of various stakeholders and motivate them to contribute to the project success
Ability to determine the work that is realistically doable, given time and cost constraints, for a current project and negotiate changes to the Scope of Work (SOW) when necessary
Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Must live in the Philippines
Must be willing to work on the night shift
