Ready to make a Tech impact? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Change Management Officer to build, deploy, and secure the continuous improvement of global adoption frameworks across all Tech projects.

Your key missions:

You will:

  • Build & maintain global change management methodologies & frameworks for Pernod Ricard Tech projects, from change impacts analysis to adoption monitoring.
  • Secure consistency of practices across the group whilst considering the specificities of all types of change to be managed (tech operating model evolutions, new products roll-out...), coordinate with tech partners.
  • Design & maintain associated change management templates & tools (change impacts assessment matrix, standard communication & training materials, adoption KPIs dashboard...).
  • Secure understanding & access to defined templates for all relevant parties (Knowledge Management).
  • Train key change actors (Proximity teams, Transformation Specialists...) on change approaches & tools, and support them when driving change activities on their perimeter.
  • Drive initiatives to acculturate PR Tech to change stakes (Product Owners & Managers...), relying on Proximity teams (“train the trainer” approach), directly animate acculturation initiatives at senior levels.
  • Review key metrics on adoption challenges within the Tech function & secure continuous improvement of defined methodologies, leveraging innovative approaches.

  • You have previous experience driving change management for transformation projects, preferably for Tech departments.
  • You demonstrate creativity & innovation.
  • You possess coaching & community management skills.
  • You understand Pernod Ricard IT context & have previous experience driving agile/product transition journeys (a plus).
