The discussion about the Product/Team will take place as part of the People Engagement Process and throughout the Onboarding phase.

Within Tech Office Transformation team, the Transformation Officer focuses on Tech department organization optimization, driving transversal programs from end-to-end, in coordination with relevant Tech & business stakeholders (mergers & acquisitions, upskilling initiative, operating model redesign…)

Your key missions: 

  • Define detailed ambitions & roadmap for the program, in coordination with relevant Tech/Business stakeholders

  • Coordinate program activities from design to roll-out & adoption monitoring, securing delivery of each phase at the expected level of quality/efficiency (including from a cost & timeliness perspective)

  • Manage program resources (internal/external FTEs, budget & fundings...), ensuring compliance with PR policies

  • Identify & mitigate/escalate risks and independencies, and secure an effective communication about project roadmap & expected outcomes/impacts to relevant parties (Tech performance officers...)

  • Define key metrics for the program & monitor value delivered (ROI), build & follow-up on Program Business-Case

  • Report on status/progress at key steps to relevant leaders, collect validation/arbitration when needed (including from HR, work councils...)

  • Share insights/expertise at key steps to assess identified initiatives impacts on Tech function & contribute to decision-making processes (ex. Core Model evolution)

  • Promote transformation team initiatives with PR tech

  • You have a master's degree engineering or business school

  • You have 5- 10 years of experience and field:

  • Strong experience in large-scale transformation program/project management, preferably for Tech

  • Good knowledge of Pernod Ricard IT ecosystem & ambitions/challenges

  • Strategic thinking, with strong critical reasoning & problem-solving skills

  • Value realization & experience with business-case prioritization

  • Collaboration, with the ability to direct & orchestrate various teams

  • Stakeholders’ management, with the ability to influence rapid decision-making

  • You are fluent in English, French and Spanish are appreciated but not mandatory
