We are looking for:

DDI Operations Engineer Lead

Your future role: 

• As a leader in this area you are expected to solve unique problems efficiently and effectively. You must be available to colleagues as a point of escalation for technical issues and provide mentoring to team members,
• Supervise a team with various skill sets all focused on the goal of providing stellar customer support across the PwC Global Network Connectivity Suite of Services (SDWAN, VPN, Firewalls, DDI, WAF) with a primary focus on DDI,
• Sourcing and bringing in new technologies & features into DDI,
• Setting out the overall team roadmap and designing how the various technologies fit together successfully,
• Ensuring Day-to-Day Operations run smoothly and efficiently,
• Identifying opportunities for improving team skills on both Network and Automation-related skills,
• Effectively communicating progress to various stakeholders across the organization.

• Strong Networking skills across all areas of DNS, IP Networking & Routing, SDWAN Technologies, VPNs, PaloAlto Firewalls, WAFs,
• Understanding various types of Monitoring & Alerting tools such as NPMs, Synthetics Monitoring Tools & SIEMS,
• Knowledge about ServiceNow Event Management, CMDB & WorkSpace,
• Solid people & project management skills,
• Clearly and concisely communicate to both Senior Management and the team.
