ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Specialist with a proven track record over the past three years in creating, implementing, maintaining, or developing Business Management Information Systems and Operational Real Estate Management Information Systems.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Create and implement Business Management Information Systems and Real Estate Management Information Systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and operational needs.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Continuously develop and enhance systems to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
Design, develop, and manage databases using Microsoft SQL Database, ensuring data integrity and security.
Utilize Microsoft .NET 4.7, C#, and Microsoft Visual Studio for system development and customization.
Identify and resolve system issues, working closely with end-users and stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to align system capabilities with business goals.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

Proven experience in developing and maintaining Business Management Information Systems and Real Estate Management Information Systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Database, Microsoft .NET 4.7, C#, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 3000 - 4400 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
