As a Business Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions of our facilities.
**Responsibilities:**
– Organize and supervise administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
– Manage care and admin team and coordinate in different care homes of Spring Meadows Care Limited.
– Assist with human resources functions including maintaining employee records and coordinating training sessions.
– Support office management by handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing supplies.
– Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and external stakeholders.
– Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting.
– Demonstrate team management skills to coordinate tasks efficiently.
– Maintain professional phone etiquette when handling incoming calls.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in organizational support roles.
– Strong supervisory skills to oversee administrative tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in clerical duties and office management procedures.
– Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures.
– Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
– Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
– Previous experience in Health and Care setting in similar role
– Ability to manage teams and delegate responsibilities efficiently.
– Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette.
