About the Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll be a design expert and advocate within a product squad, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including clients, stakeholders, engineers, product owners, and business analysts, to craft user-centered digital product experiences.


Responsibilities
  • Create user-centered designs through market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
  • Plan and lead research activities, analyze outcomes, and report insights
  • Design UI, information architecture, and interaction flows for app-based digital products
  • Develop end-to-end user experience maps to inform design decisions
  • Implement overall product strategy, including look and feel, creative approach, and KPIs performance
  • Inform stakeholders and team partners on design process insights
  • Support team members in process execution and deliverable production
  • Mentor team on effective task approaches
  • Understand digital product design principles, mobile standards, systems design, and agile development methodologies
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • 5-7 years of professional experience designing responsive websites and/or apps
  • Proficiency in user-centered design methods and tools
  • Expertise in planning and executing research activities
  • Strong skills in UI design, information architecture, and interaction flows
  • Ability to create comprehensive user experience maps
  • Experience in implementing product strategy and communicating insights
  • Knowledge of digital product design principles and agile methodologies
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Excelent english skills (C1)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
