Location Details: Remote - Colombia

Join our Team

The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting and developing GoDaddy’s marketing initiatives in Portuguese-speaking markets, with a strong emphasis on Brazil. The role involves leading all aspects of local in-market activities across organic PR, content, and creativity while driving the regional go-to-market strategy. The goal is to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth for GoDaddy through performance management and optimization.

What you'll get to do...

  • Drive marketing campaigns set KPIs, conduct pre/post-campaign analysis, and optimize tactics for domains, Websites + Marketing, hosting, and security products.
  • Conduct local competitor research, supervise market trends, and find opportunities for pricing updates, campaign optimizations, and creative improvements.
  • Work closely with global teams including product, international, and CMO to align strategies and ensure effective GTM execution.
  • Translate insights into actionable testing strategies and analyze results to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage agency-led social and content calendars, and drive SEO-optimized content creation.
  • Provide timely and accurate campaign performance reports, analyze results, and make data-driven improvement recommendations.

Your experience should include...

  • Proficient both in Portuguese and English.
  • 3+ years in marketing campaign management.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology tools like Tableau, Excel, Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel pivot tables, and Tableau.
  • This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who can effectively handle multiple projects, collaborate across global teams, and drive impactful marketing campaigns tailored to Portuguese-speaking markets,  Brazil.
