Working closely in partnership with the Director of Brand Marketing and the Managing Director of Marketing, Business Development and the various heads of the service lines, you will be accountable for revenue growth targets, as well as leading growth indicators such as traffic, leads, conversion rates, and the associated ROI metrics for campaign evaluation.

The ideal candidate will be excited about working in a collaborative, growing firm with direct contact with partners, team members, and clients to expand the business through disciplined and aligned marketing plans and programs.

What You’ll Do:

Metrics and Measurement

  • Implement rigorous testing, measurement, and optimization to improve results
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track and measure marketing performance
  • Conduct regular reporting and reviews with company leadership
  • Derive actionable insights to guide marketing planning and investment decisions
  • Implement tools and processes for campaign attribution and funnel analysis

Content Strategy and Development

  • Working closely with the Director of Brand, define an editorial strategy and calendar aligned to buyer journey stages and personas
  • Ensure content is optimized for organic search and lead generation

Team Leadership and Development

  • Hire, develop, and retain top marketing talent including a team of 5-7 managers dedicated to growth sectors, social media/email, digital analytics, marketing automation and talent acquisition
  • Foster a data-driven, customer-centric, and collaborative culture
  • Manage and mentor direct reports to achieve their goals and full potential
  • Set clear team goals, expectations, and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

  • A world-class performance marketer with experience and demonstrated success in professional services (accounting, banking/wealth management, consulting, law)
  • Ability to think strategically and synthesize the complex into actionable plans
  • Highly motivated to help the firm innovate, automate and grow
  • An inspiring leader with outstanding team building, organization, and communication skills
  • A positive outlook with an initiative-taking nature and a high degree of professionalism

Your Qualifications:

  • 8+ years B2B marketing experience in high-growth environments, professional services strongly preferred
  • 5+ years successfully managing demand generation and revenue marketing
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, including lead generation, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and integrated omnichannel (digital and traditional) campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
