Job description

AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS Remote working Consultancy Valuation work – 60/40 split – approx. or £325 - £400 day rate.

Our client is a firm of general practice surveyors offering a wide range of services including agency, management and valuation services to clients throughout England and employ a team of Staff Surveyors and consultancy on either a day rate basis or ad hock zero hours basis depending on your personal situation.

Most of the work is either L2 home surveys or valuation work for local councils.

Requirements

AssocRICS or MRICS or FRICS plus VRS certification

Benefits

60/40 split – approx. or £325 - £400 day rate - Potential option to work under companies PI but ideally will work under your own. Flexible contract days / details to suit.
