Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CRM Analyst to join our dynamic team in the online gaming industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of customer relationship management strategies, and a passion for driving customer engagement and retention. You will play a pivotal role in analysing customer data, developing insights, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer journey and maximise lifetime value.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM Analyst role, preferably within the online gaming or digital entertainment industry
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
    • Develop and maintain CRM dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
    • Segment customer databases to target specific customer groups with personalized offers and communications.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Customer Journey Optimization:
    • Map and optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
    • Identify and implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
    • Develop and test hypotheses to improve customer retention and reactivation strategies.
  • Data Integrity & Management:
    • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across CRM systems.
    • Work closely with the IT and Data teams to enhance data collection processes and integrate new data sources.
    • Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze competitor CRM strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
