Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role combines both sales and marketing responsibilities, focusing on lead generation, social media management, and client relations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in driving sales growth while supporting various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Lead Generation:

    • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
    • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
    • Contact and book appointments with prospective clients, coordinating schedules and logistics.
    • Send proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurate.
  • Marketing Support:

    • Manage and update the companys social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
    • Create and schedule engaging content for social media to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and content creation.
  • Client Relations:

    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage repeat business.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
    • Provide excellent customer service, promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Perform administrative tasks related to sales and marketing projects, ensuring smooth operations.
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for marketing and sales activities.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a can-do approach.
