Position: HR Coordinator (Payroll & Onboarding)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Salary Range: $800 - $1000 USD per month

About the Role: The HR Coordinator will primarily focus on payroll and onboarding tasks. Experience with ADP Workforce is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes, including data entry, verification, and processing of payroll transactions.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and time-off requests.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and onboarding.
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce is a plus.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Ability to make and receive video calls, as well as outbound and inbound calls when necessary.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in email and phone interactions.
  • Passionate, outgoing personality with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Able to create and analyze HR reports effectively.
