Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team at Brand Brigade Marketing Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of work experience in sales support and coordination roles. This is a full-time, remote position based in Rajkot. The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum of 7 years and maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience in sales coordination or sales support roles.
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill)
  • Experienced in Sales Support (Mandatory skill)
  • Skilled in Order Processing (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze data to support sales decisions and strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve sales-related issues.
  • Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all sales processes are accurately followed.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide support to the sales team by managing schedules, creating sales documents, and facilitating communication.
  • Handle order processing and ensure timely and accurate entry of sales orders into the system.
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems with current information.
  • Prepare and generate sales reports to monitor and analyze sales performance.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics to identify any areas requiring attention or improvement.

Salary

25000 - 40000 INR (Per Month)
