Job Purpose Summary

Our AR/ Collections Junior will be responsible for supporting the collection Analyst in the Collection process for European countries.

What You Will Do

• Support of Accounts Receivables Team in daily activities in EMEA.
• Preparation of dunning letters.
• E-mail communication regarding outstanding receivables.
• Handling customer claims and disputes.
• Support team members on administrative tasks related to our collection process.

What You Will Need (job Requirements)

• Fluent in English and one of languages (Italian/Spanish/German/French).
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong MS office skills.
• Results-oriented and strong problem solving.
• Organised and ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing working environment.
• Full time/ part time possibility.
• Form of employment negotiable (Contract of Employment / Mandate Contract- umowa zlecenie).
• Communicative and enthusiastic with team spirit, keen and able to work in an international team.
