Job Summary:
The Virtual Assistant will be a vital team member, contributing to the smooth operation of our retail location and supporting our mission to enhance early childhood education. This role involves providing remote administrative support, coordinating between departments, and assisting with customer service remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules and appointments using Google Calendar
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry in Airtable
  • Provide customer service via phone and email
  • Facilitate team communication through Slack
  • Assist in project coordination and task tracking

Requirements
  • Experience with Airtable, Google Calendar, and Slack is a must
  • Previous admin or customer service experience required, preferably in Singapore
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate across time zones

Job Type: Full Time

Working hours:

  • Hours are:

    • Wednesday - 12:30pm - 9:30pm (SGT)
    • Thursday - 12:30pm - 9:30pm (SGT)
    • Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm (SGT)
    • Saturday - 1pm - 9:30pm (SGT)
    • Sunday - 1pm - 9:30pm (SGT)

Job Type: Full Time 

Salary: S$700 - S$900

Monthly Pay Range
$700$900 SGD
