Job description

Responsibilities:

Marketing/Content Creation Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels (email, social media, website).
  • Utilize Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns, including setting up flows, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Design marketing materials, social media posts, and other visual content using Canva.
  1. Design and produce social media posts, website banners, product photos, sales brochures, and social media ad creatives.
  2. Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  3. Collaborate with internal team members to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas.
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Content Management:

    • Maintain a visually appealing and user-friendly online storefront by organizing product categories and collections, using the store’s customization features to revise site pages, and optimizing all related Shopify apps.
    • Upload high-quality product images and multimedia content to enhance product presentation.
    • Write compelling product descriptions and detailed specifications to inform and engage customers.
    • Collaborate with internal team to ensure alignment of content with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.

    Product Management:

    • Add new products to the Shopify platform in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
    • Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images are uploaded for each product.
    • Regularly review and update product listings to reflect inventory changes, seasonal promotions, and discontinuations.
    • Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.

    Inventory Management:

    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal team to ensure adequate stock availability.
    • Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
    • Regularly audit product listings to reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and online records.

    Order Processing:

    • Process online orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Coordinate with fulfillment team to fulfill orders promptly and provide customers with shipping updates.
    • Address customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor key performance indicators such as website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
    • Generate reports to analyze ecommerce performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

    Customer Experience Enhancement:

    • Continuously strive to enhance the online shopping experience for customers through improvements in website navigation, search functionality, and checkout process.
    • Gather feedback from customers and incorporate suggestions for website enhancements and feature updates.

    Administrative Tasks:

    • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for various business needs.
    • Research product sourcing materials and maintain supplier relationships.
    • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings as needed.
    • Maintain and organize business documents and records.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Canva.
    • Strong proficiency in product data management, content creation, and website administration.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and reporting platforms.
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles is a plus.

    Benefits

    • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
    • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
    • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

    Salary: $900 - $1300 / month
