Job description

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our platform engineering team at solve.care company.

As a System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our software systems, ensuring their efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your expertise in systems analysis and problem-solving will be essential in optimizing our platform for performance and user experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform detailed analysis of our software systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  3. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed system changes or enhancements.
  4. Develop system models, diagrams, and flowcharts to illustrate current and proposed software architecture.
  5. Identify and analyze system issues, bugs, and bottlenecks, providing recommendations for resolution.
  6. Work closely with software engineers to design and implement efficient solutions that align with business objectives.
  7. Conduct performance monitoring and analysis, identifying and addressing system performance issues.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of various software components.
  9. Perform system testing and quality assurance to validate software functionality and performance.
  10. Document system analysis findings, requirements, and solutions for reference and future improvements.
  11. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and system analysis and platform engineering best practices.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role within the software industry.
  3. Must have worked with Blockchain companies.
  4. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and system analysis methodologies.
  5. Proficiency in documenting technical requirements and specifications.
  6. Experience with modeling tools like UML (Unified Modeling Language) or similar.
  7. Solid understanding of Java, React, software architecture, Dapps, and APIs. Knowledge of blockchain would be added advantage.
  8. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
  10. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
