In this transformative role, you’ll be steering supplier growth on KittDigital’s platform while branching out our retail media capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Growth Collaboration:
    • Fortify and enrich relationships with our suppliers to synchronise their growth aims with KittDigital’s vision.
    • Partner intimately with suppliers to craft and roll out marketing campaigns, amplifying sales and brand presence across our platforms and relevant external channels.
  • Retail Media Expansion:
    • Broaden KittDigital’s retail media horizons in concert with suppliers, generating mutual advertising avenues.
    • Harness market dynamics, competitor intel, and novel technologies to refine our retail media stance.
  • Strategic Planning for Growth:
    • Conceive and implement visionary plans that sketch the growth trajectory for KittDigital and our cherished suppliers.
    • Liaise cross-functionally to mesh internal assets and expertise in backing growth endeavors.
  • Commercial Acumen:
    • Scrutinize and interpret campaign outcomes, supplier liaisons, and revenue streams, providing feedback to suppliers.
    • Broker and oversee commercial pacts with suppliers to ensure shared prosperity.
  • Ownership and Program Evolution:
    • Assume stewardship of the supplier marketing blueprint, directing its progression.
    • Infuse innovation, presenting fresh tactics and methodologies to bolster the program’s impact.

Qualifications:

  • Distinct experience in media sales, agency account management, or shopper marketing.
  • A history of cultivating and upholding fruitful supplier affiliations.
  • A strategic mindset, equipped to blueprint growth and harvest results.
  • Commercial astuteness, seasoned in negotiation and contractual affairs.
  • Stellar communication and articulation prowess.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or akin domains is a plus but not obligatory.
